Being set up in 1994, DOLEMN TRADE Ltd. started its activity in a small, rented woodworking workshop.
From the very beginning, most of the production was exported.

The first articles were:

• garden furniture for Germany
• furniture for IKEA
• doors and windows made out of massive wood for the domestic market

By respecting the contractual clauses and the quality of the products and having a correct relation with the beneficiaries DOLEMN TRADE obtained the appreciation of the foreign partners and, implicitly increased orders, that influenced the development of the company.

Since 1996, the main activity of the company is the production of furniture parts made out of massive wood of various species, over 250 articles involving complex labor, made on the basis of the documentation and specification for processing and finishing given by the beneficiaries, furniture parts ready to be mounted on the furniture production lines from Germany, France and so on.

The range of furniture parts included: table legs, bed legs, curved and straight doors, crowns, base elements, covering ledges, handles and buttons, all of them made in serial production.

Thus, the development of the company became a must and by reinvesting the profit, the company bought in the first stage the workshop and then the land and buildings next to it.

Nowadays, the company’s activity takes place on 2 hectares of land and over 4,500 sq.m. of halls, workshops, warehouses, timber dryers and administrative buildings, all of them within the borders of Tirgu Mures City.

In the same time, the company gradually invested in machines for wood processing, thus increasing the productivity and the quality of the finished products.

Since 2002, DOLEMN TRADE produces complete furniture for the Czech Republic, Germany, The Netherlands and France.
The company has a total of 40 employees, workers, technicians and administrative staff.
70% of the production is made for the French market, for Parisot-Mobilux and it is mainly composed of drawers of different types and sizes, rounded elements for furniture and small furniture.

In the present, the company is preparing the production of doors and windows made out of multi-layers of wood, being also concerned to preserve the environment by using the wood waste.
